Meet the Team
Shalea Pullen
As a Behavioral Support Practitioner and a parent of four neurodivergent children, I have a deep personal understanding of the challenges individuals may face. My passion for helping others stems from my own experiences, and I am committed to providing personalised, evidence-based support that empowers individuals to thrive. I specialise in developing tailored strategies to address challenging behaviors, promoting positive change, and enhancing quality of life. With a compassionate, person-centered approach, I work closely with individuals and their support networks to create solutions that prioritize dignity, independence, and well-being. My goal is to foster growth and safety in a supportive environment where all individuals can flourish.
